If you have been looking for some festive things to do we recommend you deck the halls and dash on over to Arlington! Enchant Christmas was absolutely magical and it's truly an event you won't want to miss. With over 2.5 million lights, Arlington's Globe Life Park has been transformed into a majestic wonderland that is perfect for a date night, family night out, or an evening out with the girls. Action packed with the World's Largest Christmas Light Maze, Santa + Mrs. Claus on site, an Ice Skating Trail and Holiday Market, the venue is filled with several activities that will keep you entertained and feeling like a kid again.
I went this past weekend with a fellow blogger and it was so much fun. Once we arrived, it look us about ten minutes to pay for parking, park and walk to the venue. This was truly not bad considering the venue is RIGHT next to Six Flags, AT&T Stadium and Texas Live. When you first enter you will be on the level with the concession stands and by home plate is where you will be directed onto the field to start the maze and access the ice skating rink. We spent about two hours touring the entire venue where there were MORE than enough photo ops, cute little chotskies and my favorite - drink stations. You can bring a digital/professional camera but please be sure to check their bag policy.
Side Note: This does take place ON the field so I would not recommend busting out the stilettos and be sure to wear shoes you don't mind getting grass/mud on. Overall, it was a great time and if you have the opportunity I would highly recommend making a trip out!
